Delivery Policy
Where we can, we will always try and dispatch your product to you within 7-10 working days, however, some products may vary in delivery time. If any product can not be delivered to you for any reason, we will make all endeavors to contact you within 7 working days.
We will normally use royal mail or business post, normally 2-3 days for delivery of goods.

All figures shown on sales invoices are inclusive of sale VAT, if you require a VAT invoice then please contact us. International sales do not include VAT, however the sales values will remain unchanged.

Returns and refunds
Returns Policy
Defective products will only be accepted if we receive notification in writing (e-mail or by post) within 3 working days. Otherwise it will be at Films 2 Doors Ltd discretion.
If any products are different from those that have been ordered, Films 2 Door Ltd will provide a full refund upon the products being returned, however prior notification is required and the good must be unopened and in it’s original condition.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of your receiving your products. However, the products need to be sealed, unwatched and in its original condition.
Goods exchanged, replaced or refunded for reasons other than defective products will be subject to postage and packing charges. Films 2 Door Ltd will not be responsible for postal charges or lost items when returning non defective goods. We strongly suggest you use a recorded postal service.
All returned non defective goods must be in stock condition and the original packaging.
All defective goods must be reported to sales@films2door.co.uk within 3 days of receiving the delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
